2014 Ride #32 (HOW VO2 + Anaerobic Surges)

Why is it that when the workout looks especially brutal, none of the instructors are riding? I think (emphasis on “think”) I can do pretty much any power level for 30 seconds. A minute becomes difficult. Two minutes can be really rough when it’s above 100%. This means that the six blocks of 115% followed by 140% at the beginning were difficult, and the 3 blocks of 140% followed by 150% at the very end were difficult as well … but the 3 long blocks of 120% in the middle just about killed me.
