There are two ways of looking at today’s House of Watts workout.

  1. This is two days in a row that I’ve had to pull the plug early on a workout. Heart rate and lungs were in good shape, but my legs (especially my calves) were super-tight and seizing up.
  2. This is almost 2 hours more training time that I had originally planned for today. Heart rate and lungs were in good shape, but my legs (especially my calves) were super-tight and seizing up, but still managed to make it through most of the workout.

I like option #2 better.
