2014 Ride #15 (HOW Strength Building)

Breezy and Aaron both disagree with me, but I think that was harder than either Saturday’s Over/Unders or Monday’s 3×10 Intervals … I think it was the tempo changes; after spending the past several weeks trying to work on increasing my leg speed and spinning at a higher cadence, today’s workout involved low-cadence (75rpm) blocks followed by high-cadence (100rpm) blocks.
