Must have gotten the timing of my asthma inhaler blasts right today … legs felt good; lungs felt good … only had to stop a couple of times to get my heart rate back down, but wasn’t gasping for breath during those brief respites, and didn’t have to hit the rescue inhaler (albuterol) at all whilst out on my ride. This is a very good thing.

Off to Chez Sherwin this evening for a little get-together, but planning to take it easy a) so that I don’t have to worry about whether or not I’m capable of driving back down from Heber, and b) so that I can ride tomorrow.

Family coming in from Tennessee this next week AND shooting photos at various stages of the Tour of Utah … so I expect I’ll be crazy-busy from Tuesday-Sunday. This is also a good thing.
