… I’ll figure out how to get a really good night’s sleep without having to resort to some sort of supplement or pharmaceutical to either induce sleep or kill pain so that sleep can come naturally.

Buy until that day I’ll lie in bed, tapping away on my iPhone or reading until I just can’t stay awake any longer … and then getting my usual 4-5 hours before I have to get up in the morning.

I’m not sure I can think of anything more aggravating than chronic insomnia.
