McDowell Mountain Regional Park

Spent a chunk of midday today wandering around McDowell Mountain Regional Park, which is just a few miles north of my parents’ house in Fountain Hills, Arizona.
Took a whole bunch of photos, but so far, am really only satisfied with a few of the bunch … I know a huge part of it has to do with being out at noonish, instead of the crack of dawn or near sunset. If all goes well tomorrow, I’ll be able to sneak away for a little while before the rest of the family comes over for Christmas Eve dinner to try to shoot some more at sunset.
Sunrise just isn’t going to happen.
