According to an article in the today’s online edition of the New York Times:
President Bush today denied that the government is “mining or trolling through the personal lives of innocent Americans,” as Democrats expressed outrage over a news report describing a National Security Agency program that has collected vast amounts of telephone records.
I’m not sure that anything is as scary as realizing that your job is a commodity; that it can be off-shored at a moment’s notice. In order to survive in the current global world, one needs to add a unique, local quality that cannot be outsourced or off-shored.
